Lower-cost compounded GLP-1 programs

Online programs selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, checked against our safety screen. These are not FDA-approved medicines; read the box below before you choose.

Before you choose a compounded GLP-1

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are made by pharmacies, not by Novo Nordisk or Lilly. They are not FDA-approved, they are not generic Wegovy or Zepbound, and the FDA doesn't check their quality before sale. Rules on compounding these drugs are still changing, so a program can change or stop. Brand-name pills now start at $149 a month and Zepbound vials at $299, so compare with the brand-name prices first. Why the rules changed.

How we chose these programs

We started from the compounded GLP-1 programs that run affiliate partnerships and removed any we found named in FDA warning letters about compounded GLP-1 marketing in 2025 or 2026. That excluded several well-known programs. Every program listed here also passes at least one of these checks:

  • It names the pharmacy that compounds your medicine, so you can look up its state license.
  • It shows LegitScript certification, an independent check that online health businesses follow pharmacy and telehealth laws. We list this as "claimed" because certifications can lapse. You can confirm one at legitscript.com.

Programs are ordered by how many checks they pass, then alphabetically. Commissions don't affect the order.

  • Does the price change as my dose goes up?
  • What's the renewal price after any first-month promo, and how do I cancel?
  • Can I get a refund for medication that hasn't shipped?
  • Who do I contact about side effects, and how fast do they reply?
Dosing safety

The FDA has received reports of people overdosing on compounded semaglutide, often from confusing units with milligrams. If your syringe markings and your instructions don't clearly match, stop and ask your clinician before injecting.
